Welcome, I am Michelle Mancini

I am a Tech Career coach who is known for teaching ambitious IT professionals the strategies and mindset to take control of their career in order to reach their full potential!

I am committed to helping you take control of your career and live to your full potential, so that you don't look back one day and say "If only..."

Because I believe you deserve to excel at your career and life, while enjoying what you do and getting the pay and recognition that goes along with it.

About Me

I love how demanding, fun, exciting, stressful the corporate world can be.
I know what it feels like to know in your gut you are in the wrong role but don’t know where to go next. I also know what it feels like to know deep down what you want to do (or don't want to do) but have no idea how to get there.

As a single parent in a foreign country, I had to earn more to support myself and my 3 kids. I studied successful people and implementing their strategies. I started seeing results almost immediately: promotions every 18 months and doubling my salary every 5 years. I shared what I have learned with others, and they got results.

Now I want to share what I know with as many people as possible, so that you don't have to struggle with the unknown but skip to the good part!!

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

I wanted to share some exciting news with you: I recently secured a job with
an Australian tech company, and it has been an incredible experience so far! I
am reaching out to express my gratitude for the valuable advice and honest
feedback you provided during our one-on-one session. As someone coming from
overseas, hearing from an industry veteran like you that my qualifications and
skill set were valuable was incredibly encouraging. Your words motivated me to
pursue a career in tech rather than settling for just any job I could find.

Thank you once again for your support and guidance.

John

Small steps to achieving your goal

Mastering Your Ambitions: Taking the Next Step When Goals Seem Too Big

June 25, 20241 min read

I want to play basketball with the president of the United States.

Personally, I don’t want to play basketball with anyone, but 4 normal, everyday guys in their early twenties, came up with a list of stupidly crazy, outrageous things they want to do before they die. They got so much support, they created a show called “The Buried Life”.
Playing basketball with Barack Obama was one of the items on the list.

Think about that for a second.

"I want to play basketball with Barack Obama"

The idea feels impossible in your body just thinking about it.
These four guys changed the question to “Does one of our dads know someone who knows someone in the Senate?”

Asking your dad if he knows a friend who knows a friend feels more possible.

If your dream is to be an executive, CEO, partner in the Big 4, own your own business …. and it feels impossible from where you are standing right now, change the question.

What is the first small step you can take towards that goal?

With a clear vision, continuous action and determination everything you want is possible.
