Welcome, I am Michelle Mancini

I am a Tech Career coach who is known for teaching ambitious IT professionals the strategies and mindset to take control of their career in order to reach their full potential!

I am committed to helping you take control of your career and live to your full potential, so that you don't look back one day and say "If only..."

Because I believe you deserve to excel at your career and life, while enjoying what you do and getting the pay and recognition that goes along with it.

About Me

I love how demanding, fun, exciting, stressful the corporate world can be.
I know what it feels like to know in your gut you are in the wrong role but don’t know where to go next. I also know what it feels like to know deep down what you want to do (or don't want to do) but have no idea how to get there.

As a single parent in a foreign country, I had to earn more to support myself and my 3 kids. I studied successful people and implementing their strategies. I started seeing results almost immediately: promotions every 18 months and doubling my salary every 5 years. I shared what I have learned with others, and they got results.

Now I want to share what I know with as many people as possible, so that you don't have to struggle with the unknown but skip to the good part!!

I wanted to share some exciting news with you: I recently secured a job with
an Australian tech company, and it has been an incredible experience so far! I
am reaching out to express my gratitude for the valuable advice and honest
feedback you provided during our one-on-one session. As someone coming from
overseas, hearing from an industry veteran like you that my qualifications and
skill set were valuable was incredibly encouraging. Your words motivated me to
pursue a career in tech rather than settling for just any job I could find.

Thank you once again for your support and guidance.

John

Connecting Small Joys to Bigger Purpose: A Guide to Living Fully

Is it possible to be successful if you don’t know what you want?

A woman came to me for mentoring this week and she said “I don’t know what I want to be”

I love a list and a goal! I have LOTS of notebooks and Pinterest pages and a Remarkable2 with goals and plans for everything in my life (and most of it comes true 😊)

I am a firm believer of where focus goes, energy flows and you can achieve anything if you have a clear vision and a plan.

I didn’t always have this clarity. For me I started off by looking at my immediate surroundings and life and making a mental and physical note of what I like and don’t like. I started doing more of the things I liked and tried to eliminate the things I didn’t like.

Simple things like I love a sunrise. I started waking up in time to go watch the sunrise. Something happened inside me because while I was sitting there, being happy, enjoying the sunrise, ideas, and plans about how I can have a better life, career, body… came into my head.

Or I realised the energy of the people around me, directly affected my mood. I made sure I was only around people that gave me energy and limited interaction with people who would drain my energy. As a result of being around positive people who encouraged me, I got the confidence to try new things and better my life with my own personal cheer squad around me.

I have many more examples, but you get the gist.

Make an effort to know yourself, what you like and don’t like and act accordingly. That way you have a more enjoyable life while on your mission to find your end goal.
